What are your favorite crossovers of MLP and unrelated series?

No pics, but Pony and Transformers would be awesome 8). Why hasn't someone at Hasbro gotten off their kaboose and done this yet!? :D
Failing that, a He-man cross would be cool. Celestia could be the Sorceress, Big Mac could be Man-at-Arms, and Spike could be Prince Adam. The mane six... could... could... fit in some... where.
He-man was not exactly known for his plethora of ladyfriends. :'(

I haven't personally seen a lot of actual pony crossovers such as the ones Alsek and Shim have shared. Having said that, I've noticed that a specific remix of the song "Discord (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPfMb50dsOk)" is a *very* popular choice for Homestuck fan music videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqW1CwJ6lQg) (probably because the lyrics, music style, and tone are so fitting).
I've also seen canon pony music (as well as non-canon pony music) done as Rock Band songs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_yrmDSjuic) (some of which have ponified band members (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8ve77gOJIA)).
