Title: Question about IRC

so, wanted to ask how to do that magic thingy in IRC that says (for example: KaroFox yet again does nothing).

is there somekind of a command? if so tell me please  :P

and i tried searching for this in the forums but never found it,so i guess this is the 1st time someone asks this  x_x
