Webspace FTP Access

I am currently unable to access my FTP account.  I had not logged in after the big webspace management change, and have not yet figured out the correct settings for Filezilla.  I've tried every combination I can think of, but cannot access it.  With the impending shutdown and loss of data, please help me recover my webspace?  I'd be happy enough if you just bundled up all my webspace files in a .zip and sent them (that's basically what I plan to do anyway).

And lest this sound like a complaint, thank you very much for the many years of hosting!

It might be preferable to send an immediate PM to WS and/or Kada-Ru about your problems. ;)

I have followed those instructions, and numerous variants, to no avail.
