Approximate birthdate / age in the user profile

It would be nice to have an Approximate birthdate / age option in the forum profile,
Something on the order of only defining the year and month excluding the day,
Or to define the year and exclude the month and the day, (Maybe the last ones a bit much, but either way.)
That, combined with the current system can give users a way define as much or as little info as they want.

I personally have no problem with others knowing how old I am, but I’ve always felt that giving an exact birthdate to the public is a security issue.

Anyways, just an idea I had.

Sorry, Storm. But one of the most important and main reasons for having members put their age (Month, Day, & Year) in their profile has to do with the Adult rated forums. In order to grant people access to those forums, the staff must know a person's real age in their profile. This requirement is unconditional per the rules here:

Not anymore.

It’s has however been “n/a” since I signed up in 2006, but whatever, it was just an idea.
