Question about appropriate topic locations

Where do topics about non-anime animation and film go? Why have a section for just that at all? :o

If it's non-Japanese anime, but is still a "cartoon", it could possibly go in either the Anime forum or the General Non-Furry Discussion forum. Topics about regular non-furry films, tv shows, books, and other media can go into the General Non-Furry Discussion forum.
