how to turn comments off on LJ

is there a way to turn this off, becasue i got spammed by 4-chan and im tired of it, any help would be appreciated

I dont think 4-chan does Ljs, specially new ones.

anyway go to

Manage Entries >Manage account > Comment Settings

And set it to Friends only.
