time travel is a complicated thing
a complicated thing that was first successfully performed in the year 2137
seventeen manned trips were made to the past
the assassination of jfk
the space race started
a tsunami created to hit a nuclear power plant
hitlers given the idea to take over the world
and more, all set in motion via time travel
unfortunately, they had forgotten the butterfly effect
reality started to tear, and through careful manipulation, was temporarily repaired
now, time travel is specifically used only to postpone temporal collapse
occasionally an individual will be found who is a danger to the continuum, they must either be imprisoned forever, or join the agency
your job as an agent is to avert anomalies , this may include you needing to kill, destroy, impart purpose or knowledge, or simply move something.
one problem
other than the machine and you, nothing can be taken or left.

2.No autohitting, this does not include attacks that would be impossible to dodge (bullets vs normal fur) nor does it include lured attacks (If they dodge left from a kick to the head, they are allowed to make a lured counter attack (based off of your movements), if you would be unable to dodge it, you don't)
3.As GM I control the weather and settle disputes, if I am involved in a dispute then my AGM settles it. if both of us are involved, the members present that day take a vote.
4.no god modding
5.time works how i say it does, but I will do my best to adress any inconsistencies, pleas do point them out.

personality-confident, sometimes a bit too lax on his duties.stereotypical british victorian nobility, but a lot less uptight.

appearance- A generally neat appearance. Tall (6' 4"), but lanky due to a childhood illness. Keeps a well groomed coat of bluish-grey fur.
clothing- Will wear anything except collared shirts. Generally will wear a field coat over whatever he is wearing.
time period- From the year 1965
personality- Timid due to his size, but brilliant to a fault. Also an amazing field tactician due to his involvement in war efforts.

appearance - "Searching for destination" Somewhat humanoid looking. Body has slight animalistic features (that's one reason for being fully-dressed)
clothing - Cargo pants (sand colored), Hoodie (dark), bandana (dark).
time period - 1929
personality - Lazy, motivates when he is needed. Seeking for new adventures. Doesn't want his face to be seen (^ read above).
species - Can't be said for sure.
