I'm anthro more or less. I'm bipedal for the most part, but I'm not one of those anthros that basically looks like a human in a fursuit. I can go quadroped if need be. I'm a large hulking dog-beast. A mouthfull of fangs and thick, black sharpened nails on my hands and feet for tearing throats out and tracking down prey. I'm not a fan of anthro characters that act too much like humans. There needs to be an element of the animal there somewhere. That's why I'm the one furry who isn't really a fan of Disney's Robin Hood. There's no reason why the characters in the film need to be animals. For the most part they could have made them people with little or no change to the finished film. The animal-ness is all window dressing and no substance. When I create Furry characters I try to avoid that like the plague. All my anthro dog characters have dog traits mixed in with the human ones. They bark, they snarl when aggravated and they drop to all fours when they need an extra bit of speed. They speak like people, but their animal aspects are mixed in.
