This is the scariest thing I ever did see
« on: August 15, 2004, 07:43:12 pm »

This is by far the ugliest, horrible, god forsaken bastard spawn of satan I have ever seen. Nevermind the pitiful ol' beat up civics, this is just a downright heathan monster.

Someone round up the angry mobs, I'll get the pitchforks and torches. This foul creature is gonna have it's day cut short.

(I purposely didn't find a side view picture, as I believe this monstrousity has medusa like qualities)

*takes a pitchfork, rushes past the xA and tC guardians and hits the ugly xB*

And with my immunity to medusa-like stone gazes, I bring you
Toyota Scion xB

Crazy box car, although the others don't look that bad

It looks like a mod version of a Nissan CUBE

Which was just quoted in the latest edition of BBC's Top Gear "The ugliest production car in the history of the world."

Due to the University of Virginia being right here we have a bunch of those things holding me up every day. The only ones I've liked were the ones they made into Rock'em Sock'em robots on Monster Garage, and then only because they beat them to pieces!

Meh.  Honda Elements are uglier.  Whenever my BF sees one, he threatens to blow it up... the sad thing, is that there's a honda dealer not too far from his house.

I hate to tell you, people, but this is what American public demands.  they want the room, headroom, legroom, and shoulder room.  I heard that ford finally did research on this to find out what americans want.  this is it

Are you people sick????? This is not a bad car. I would buy it. What I wouldn't buy is the PT cruiser, Pontiac Aztec, or the Cadillac Escalade (yeah I said it! I hate the Escalade) But that's just me.  '<img'>

I love the PT Cruiser...  but then if I had my choice I'd be driving a car from the '40s... nice lines and solid iron - nothing could stop them, except a splash from a puddle into the electricals  ''

The PT Cruiser is cool, it looks like an antique and rides/drives very comfortably... and it's quick if you know how to drive  '<img'>

If Americans really wanted to drive a box, we'd all buy used mail trucks at $400 a pop...

Funny thing about the scion Xa and Xb is you either love them of hate them there is no middle ground. Actualy the Tc sits in the middle ground. I'm waiting for the "Little Tykes" logo to show up on one.

Yep, it's a box. '' I see those things everywhere, here. I bet you could fit a ton of stuff on the back, but still.. It's a box. Looks like one of those toaster-size computer cases put on wheels. Ah well, whatever people want, they get. I'm just not planning to get one of those, anytime soon. ':p'

*nods*  It's got all the head and leg room, doesn't look like it has a big engine so the gas milage will be better, and best of all, it'll be cheaper because it's so unbearably butt-ugly.

I think we're looking at the 21st century hippie van. '<img'>

The aztek may be butt ugly, but it's a good car.  Lots of room, awesome stereo, perfect for going camping.  '<img'>

I don't mind box cars - What I DO mind is that the xB (?) has THREE FRONT GRILLS! ?!? It looks like it's wearing braces! ... Anyhow, the PT Cruisers I don't like, either. They're absolute crap. It's like riding in an aluminium can.

My 1971 VW SuperBeetle was safer than that - before it got the new engine - and ran on only 3 rods and a cracked block. O.o;

Eww, the xB is so ugly (so is the xA).  By the looks of it, it seems like it should be pretty big, but when you see them in person, they are sooo tiny, and with 1.5L engines, I bet they're a blast to drive...

I can't believe they're actually selling ':goldarou:'

I actually have to say, you know things are really pretty good when the ugliest, horrible, god forsaken, bastard, spawn of satan thing you can possibly imagine is.. a car.

I don't know exactly how long you've had your eyes open in this world, but a squashed car isn't all that high on my list of 'things to never look at again'.
