My roomie just put four 1.5TB drives in RAID (RAID 5 I believe) for a total capacity of about 4.5TB.  I think he's got about half of it full... He had like 7 HDD's in his old machine (by old, I mean maybe 1.5 years old). So he transferred all that stuff to his RAID setup...

Lots and lots of anime and music.  And just other random stuff. He's a bit of a pack-rat. He's probably never deleted a file in his life...  He keeps every episode of every anime he's ever watched. And that's quite a huge list...

I've got about 10TB spread across various computers. The majority of that is in 2 NAS's and a server mind. I store alot of media on the main server and the larger of my NAS is a backup server. The smaller NAS is for web access and streaming of files away from home.
