HTML free-cheap website

Hiya!

Someone I know wants to set up a website for puppy/dog adoptions. It sounds like what they want is rather simple. Basic site with slide show and small descriptions of the pups. Anyone know if there is a software or website that offers inexpensive or free web design with features along those lines?

Free? Any coding experience? The best host I would recommend would be http://www.weebly.com. Best WYSIWYG editor I've ever used. Free domain name too. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about it
