NEED ANDROID HELP

So...all of my apps except for music, chrome, and my general phone uses are NOT working...So I tried uninstalling everything and now I can't reinstall anything...it says I need to sign in to my google account...which I am...I am confused and frustrated. ...

What phone do you have? Might be worth trying a factory restore if everything is already gone.
