Anyone been to, or going to any concerts soon? I recently went to see The Doors in February, they were grouse, despite not having their original frontman, Jim Morrison. Even though the replacement, Ian Astbury, wasn't quite the baritone singer than Jim was, he could still put on a good show, and the remaining band members have a complete mastery of their instruments, just like they did back in '70. Pity the drummer, John Densmore, couldn't tour with them, but he has tinnitus, a permenant ringing of the ears. He also sued the band to try and stop them touring. It was funny though, during the show these three girls jumped on stage while Ian had his back turned, and hugged him from behind, and the security guards went bezerk and rushed out on stage and literally dragged them off. Then later a guy jumped on stage and started cheering and the guards spear tackled him, and put him in a violent headlock. Now that's entertainment you can't plan.

Also, in June I'm going to go to see Alice Cooper, he should be pretty good. Hopefully he won't be eating any puppies like he used to ''

Well, where I work, I get paid to catch shows (I'm a bouncer at a metal club). Mainly punk, metal, some whiny emo, and local stuff. Get quite a few big names in, and it's all pretty groovy.
