Well, Im looking around cause I just came into possession of a Fender electric guitar and I really want to be able to play it. ':blush:'

If you know of any place ( I'm talking really basic like chords and what not) then please send me a message with a link. Thanx in advance!!!

You may also do a search for guitar tutorials on the net. Those may help you teach yourself. The strings and the chords etc. Just a thought. (smiles)

Thanx Kada, but I just went over to the fender website and found what I needed. Thanx anyway........oh and nice artwork by the way (wish I could draw like that!

Be Patient....Rush will drop by and if there is such a thing I am sure that fur will point you in the right direction. You could also try dropping in on IRC chat in the evening, he often stops by.

When I started out on guitar I actually got private tutoring.

It may cost a bit (mines $120 a term (New Zealand currency ':p'

)), but it definately IS worth it. I could actually play the thing properly in about 2 weeks. Now I'm learning more advanced stuff and surprising myself everyday to what can be achieved with a guitar.

BTW, www.mxtabs.net has a few online lessons that are pretty good.
