I wear my MFF shirts, my Save A Vet shirt (MFF's 2015 charity), and I'm not shy about using anthro characters in things I write for school.

President Trump claims he isn't a racist, but why doesn't he have African American
people in the white house. Not to cook and clean, but as advisers and political
professionals and staff. There was one, but she was fired apparently for not keeping
her mouth shut, and trying to talk to Trump.

There is a African American in the cabiet, who is over public housing. Seems odd
Trump would put a Doctor in that position. Trump claimed a black man like the
Doctor who has no experience in housing people would be good because
he grew up poor. Looks like the Doctor is being used instead of picking a
professional in housing.  I could be wrong, but I have my doubts.

President Trump has failed to fill many important jobs in government
since he took office. Most have been Billionaires who care more about
their life style than  the job.

I have nothing against being rich, it's what many of them do with their
money I object to. Buying elections for one. Using it to get rid of
competition in business . Using it to convince people people of a
lie is another. Many rich people succumb to greed. After all why
would anyone need a billion dollars or more? They could spend
20 million a year for 50 years with a billion in the bank. One
percent interest would be 10 million a year on s billion.

If we don't curtail the greedy rich like Trump and his friends,
they will own us all in the future. Just as they have tried to
do in the past.

A wiffle bat!

A potato cannon!

A F/A-18E fueled and with a full air-to-ground load out, two AIM-9's on the wingtips, 500 HE rounds in the nose cannon, and an AN/AAQ-28 LITENING targeting pod. ;)

You think this is some kind of joke?! *Pulls out tennis ball*

The one big thing about failure is, if you don't know what your doing your bond to do it again. Yep. At least these two loaves are eatable. I don't mind failing. As long as I can eat the results. :) I learned this after I tried this last experiment. The longer your going to let dough ferment the smaller amount of yeast you should use. Using all the yeast the recipe called for caused the dough to 'over proof'. This is when the yeast simply run out of food. I did end up tossing the second failure. To raw to eat. So no more experiments for me. This weekend I plan on trying two different recipes. Believe it or not this one recipe is starting to taste 'normal'. You know your getting jaded when home made bread starts tasting like nothing special.

convention talk / Re: Fur-Eh! (June 14 – 17, 2018 | Edmonton, Alberta, Canada)

Edmonton is reaaaaaaaaaally far from Barrie, ON where the fiance lives but this looks like fun. Is this a new con?

Relatively new, it's been going on since 2012.  initial attendees were ~200 (wikifur doesn't give an exact number so it's hard to believe it was exactly 200, I heard it was under that).
Fur-Eh 2017 had 734 attendees.  It is a comfortably small but growing convention (folks even had to book at the hotel across the street last year) - the convention space itself is huge with respect to amount of folks attending (hotel is capable of hosting 5K+ people), but I think every other hotel in this city is too small or amenities just aren't there for it.

There are two mini-cons here as well (one in Calgary - the Fur-Eh Christmas party; another in Red Deer RDMC - "Red Deer Mini Con") -- those are also hoppin'.
