Do you have a link to Ferros' website so we have an idea of what you want? Maybe a little more details would be good too.

Has to be generated, a human couldn't write such badly coded HTML '<img'>

It has some design issues 'though... and you'd certainly need to generate your own art! '<img'>

Feros is a good site - very simple.
The banner at the top is probably made using Photoshop and the very simple html pages generated using ImageReady and Dreamweaver or something similar to make the image map for the links.
