I know I had posted this before, but I still need some reliable wing tutorials, I just can't get them right, especially when I am drawing with a mouse, so can anyone help me.

Have you tried downloading a lot of images off the net for wings?  Like for birds?  There are so many different types of wings out there and you can get an idea of how you want to draw yours.  I had (still do at times) have a lot of troubles drawing wings but I have downloaded tons of photos for references.  They are a great help.  You can also look at how other artists create their wings. :)  Hope this works.

I think maybe you need to do the muscle and bone part of the wing first, then perhaps move on to feathers or skin. Try looking at others wings and perhaps adapting your own design and style from them

Nocte had a beautiful helper post which he described wing base structure in, and that would really give you a hand.  I'd be more worried about the feathers ad their placement, personally.
