Questionable kitchen creations

Currently eating... I'm not sure

mashed potatoes
corn
some ham
and crushed some frito scoops for a bit of crunch
oh and I think there's a crispy roll in there somewhere

I guess a holiday version of the kfc bowl

double agreed, I just push everything together in a big pile then eat it.
much better that way.  :D

I've eaten that food before, or close to it. I always used to mix canned corn with instant mashed potatoes along with a little meat (whatever was handy) and any other flavoring or ingredient which sprang to mind.
I also like scrambled eggs and cheese mixed with mashed potatoes.

This sounds like a low rent version of Pate Chinois. Go with real mashed potatoes, and bake it the next time.
