Kinda good news kinda not.
Got a phone call from another possible employer.
Here's the thing.
1.  I applied to job "G" and accepted offer, and am waiting for background checks to pass, and I think they should.
2.  At same time as #1, I kept talking to employer "L" and was pursuing possible job there.  Now they are calling me for this Thursday for interview.

It would sound cool, except,  honestly it is very nerve wracking.
Both jobs needs same level of background check, and if employer G can't pass me, neither will employer L. And I can't be employed in both places since both are competitors .

Sounds like I need to preemptively stop one job path to make this work.  But thing is, I do not officially have either job.  I just have a piece of paper that says employer G will hire me pending good outcome of background checks.

Maybe I do interview with employer L anyway and see what happens?

It would seem that I've earned another Certificate of Merit. That's the word from headquarters anyway. To be announced officially in CAP News. This also suggests they're returning to a monthly newspaper format again. They call me "Colonel Coyote" behind my back btw.

I have been invited to march in this Sunday's pumpkin festival parade.

My good news is I am not fired yet, and I am totally inept!   :D
Seriously, I hope they give me time to come up to speed on what they do.  The job is too complex

Itís looking like Iíll be able to afford a 2013 C63 AMG (low miles With the P31 Performance Package). Hopefully by Next year. Itís always been my dream to own a W204 C63, because itís the last naturally aspirated V8 from Mercedes. It sure screams at WOT.

Hopefully it happens, if it doesnít there will always be another chance to own one.

Went to Clare, MI after work to visit a milsurp store and big sporting goods store but found little that I really needed. Cops & Doughnuts main bakery is also in town and had a boatload of day old pastries. Filled a box for $5 and came home with a dozen fancy donuts! Also bought a single-serving pineapple upside-down cake for Mom.

Got brand new windows in my apartment building and the entire apartment complex last week. :) They look and work much better now than the old 25+ year old ones we used to have.

Hoping for the best and even more!

My good news is I learned how to do my timecard where they do not cheat me of 4 hours every other friday

Got to break in a new car at work yesterday. Nothing too far though.
