Prototype cars and trucks.

Anybody here into the history of prototype cars and trucks? Specifically from the 1930's to the late 60's or early 70's?

I'm really not much into automotive technology. I don't know a thing about automobiles since I can't own or drive an auto due to bad eyesight. But that doesn't stop me from reading about automobiles. And one of the things I like is prototypes and concept cars. The stuff that could have been, might have been, or should have been, but wasn't for various reasons. One particular area that fascinates me is from 1930's to the late 60's or early 70's.

But I actually go there not for the automotive news, but rather for a section called The War Zone to read up on current and/or past military news.

But like I said, I like reading about prototype cars and trucks and the history behind them.
