I voted yes. Not sure why it was never made into a state. But the people there deserve the right to vote as well.
It's been said that rats can gain access to your home by climbing up threw your toilet. I prefer to use the front door.

The capitol of the nation isn't in a state for a reason. I'm not going to write a dissertation on why here when it has been so eloquently explained already by many others, but if we make Washington D.C. a state we void the very reason the capitol isn't Philadelphia or New York.
