Title: The LAW game.
Post by: Kobuk on August 02, 2019, 06:21:21 pm: The idea here is to create a law (Just like politicians are wont to do.), then the next player vetos the previous person's law and MUST GIVE A REASON, then posts their own law. An example of how things would work is:

Poster 1:
I hereby create a law where persons can only wear green on Tuesdays from 9am to 9pm.

Poster 2:
I veto your law because I have nothing in my closet that is green colored to wear.

I hereby create a law where you must eat carrots for breakfast.

Poster 3:
I veto your law because I am allergic to carrots.

I hereby create law to.........

Etc., etc., etc.

So, I'll start:

I hereby create and pass a law where it is illegal to carry, possess, and drink Coca-Cola beverages.

I pass a law to ban people from carrying/using rocket launchers, pulse guns, rail guns, laser guns, and other sci-fi weapons of mass destruction. We don't need those types of weapons on the streets of Furtopia carried by citizens.

I veto your law. I got a friend who spent $300 on tires with a chemical in them. When he burns out the smoke is green. Think of all the tire businesses who will suffer if no one is dumb enough to ruin their tires.

A few roads down from me a guy set a bonfire up. And burned all the siding off the back of his house. That fire size = heat = distance needed thing. The stupid people thing has gotten so bad our county no longer allows any form of outdoor burning. Things have changed. I no longer hear the fire trucks run two to three times a day all summer long. We can still do BBQ. .....for now.

I hereby pass a law stating that if you've had a hard day at work you are allowed to lay naked on your car in the rain.

I pass a law that requires glass for all food and drink in place of metal and plastic and paper unless very special circumstances. Meat can be wrapped in waxed paper or vac-sealed in biodegradable plastic. All glass gets recycled and credit given to your next food bill.
