You should check out the weasyl submissions as they will likely have more information than the FA entries, and there will be some entries only available on weasyl (due to it providing submission formats and organization that FA does not)

Well, actually the game's damage types are divided into 8 tiers, each of which contains one 'matter' and one 'energy' damage type


The ordering isnt necessarily what would correspond with real physics

laser - kinetic
particle - blast
ion - thermonuclear
positron - plasma
antimatter - nanomachine
graviton - singularity
dark fire - dark acid
dark lightning - dark steel

(note that the last two tiers denote dark matter/dark energy weapons)

Most of these ships have T2/T3/T4 weapons - the node ship has some low damage partial shield-bypass T6 weapons

I really like the new style, which I think is definitely appropriate for webcomics (as you briefly mentioned in the comments on FA).


By the way, the Weasyl link informs me "This page contains content that you cannot view according to your current allowed ratings."  Given the image, I would assume that wasn't intended?

weasyl has a division between 'general' and 13+ which FA does not, which seems to be written super strictly, so I tend to err on the side of caution with these things till someone comes by and tells me I dont need to. Thats really my one big gripe with their site - the whole rating system which tends to have too many blurry lines trying to separate out too many things.

That helmet doesn't seem to provide any room to move the head, which is larger than the neck hole. I'm not sure how that's supposed to work.
