Do you juggle more than one fursona?

Personally, I am me, Meta, the shapeshifter, no matter what the form I decide to take (though the only ones i've ever stayed in longer than 2-3 days is golden eagle... and long ago, arctic wolf.)

however, i believe i'd lost count of the roleplaying/story/artwork characters i had/have sometime last year...

Kattywampus is me.   I am Kattywampus, the Wampus Cat.
Now, I did take the name of one of my characters for a while.  Feanyx, the Phoenix was a character I created for an animation class a long time ago.  But when I started DJing at WVSC radio, I called myself DJ Feanyx (even though Feanyx is a boy) because my show started out as an oldschool show.  With Phoenixes being the symbol of rebirth, I thought that "DJ Feanyx" was a good name, because I was breathing new life into all those old forgotten jams.  The show eventually evolved into a world music show.  

Now when I started my comic, "Kwality,"  I decided that everything in it would be based (either directly or loosely) on actual events that have happened in my life.  Feanyx's character was a DJ at the college who has to get a job at Whale-Mart.  His story revolves only around those portions of my life.  Kattywampus' character only had to do with things in my life that weren't neccessarily occupation-oriented.  It was kinda weird having Katty and Feanyx interact in the comic, because it kinda felt like I was talking to myself.

If you did notice, however, I included Feanyx in my furcode.

I have created other characters loosely based on myself, but they haven't appeared in Kwality.  One such is Hapa the Chimera.  She represents a couple of things in my life.  One, being of mixed ancestry. She also might represent any insecurities I might have.  

..wow, I just realized how deep this conversation actually is!

BTW, 98% of the characters in Kwality are based off of people that I actually know.  Some furs, most not.  It was fun creating furry versions of non-furs.  =^_^=  Wait til y'all see the Herbal Essence issue....  =^_^= x 25!!

At one time I did have two personas. The first one I had, was of a robot. I love technolgy, I have also loved robotics. When I was very young I would imagine and even pretend to be a robot. Doing what I did every day execept I did how a robot would do. Wake up in the morning, go to bathroom. "Morning mode now active*BEEP,BEEP* Starting teeth brushing program"  Much like that.
When I reached the fourth grade I stopped doing it. It just kinda drifted away. Later when I was in the eighth grade and first discovering the furry world I found the fact that many had a persona or "Fursona" of their so called inner animal. I had already establised that I was a furry and wanted to have to more with it. So while I thought about what my fursona would be I remembered about my robot persona. I wasn't sure it I wanted to "Delete" him so to speak. I now remember now what lead me to choose a wolf as my fursona. I like to do things alone. I have always been able to take care of my self most of the time. When I was trying to explain to my math teacher that didn't want a partner for the assigned project, I used the term " Lone wolf ". So, I had found my spieces, the wolf. As some as you may have read I found my name while watching "Star Trek First Contact". After time I developed Lexington the wolf. I don't really use my robot persona anymore. But I can't really tell why I have robowolf001 as my screen name on Yahoo. I guess the robot inside has not been on full shutdown mode as I thought. Oh, well. *Shrugs* Lex is now my main fursona now.

When I first entered the fandom in the late nineties I had a definate canine fursona.I was completely and totally obsessed with dogs,wolves etc and I took my furryness VERY seriously.Believed I had a canine spirit guide and all that jazz.
But for some reason I started having terrible nightmares about Wolves which kind of killed my enthusiasm for canids.It was about that time I left the fandom.
Today I have a Teddy Bear Fursona.Not because I feel a deep spiritual kinship with bears.I don't.I no longer feel I have a kinship with any animal.Having nightmares for months on end about a creature I admired destroyed my beliefs in such things.
No,I chose a Bear Fursona in honor of a Teddy Bear I have.This bear is very special to me.It was he who inspired me to start collecting teddy bears.It was also he who inspired me to give Furry fandom another whirl.This plush bear has done more to influence my life than some imaginary space coyote ever did.And thus,I based my Fursona on him and his fellow teddy bears.No name yet,though I tend to use either T-Bear or Hero Heart Bear on many message boards,so my alter ego may end up with one of those monikers.

First i have my "zara" which just represents...who i am. My physical self, and thoughts and feelings. She not actually how i see myself...

As for how i do see myself...or...feel on the inside, it seems to be always changing. It doesnt have a set form, but ive just given it the name "cryptis"

Then i have a few other characters that just represent parts of me.

Before I found myself, I experimented with being a flying horse, and later a wolf.  When I realized that I was actually a red fox, I tried being several variants of that, but firefox assimilated them all and is now fully dominant.  I occasionally unleash lesser fox fursonas, but they are essentially just puppets or stalking horses for my core identity.

Humm.. well I guess now I'd have to say I do haveing added a new fursona to the list but then again not really.
Its just a diffrent version of Zackary.. an anthro Panther with red eyes. same personality and all just no wings.. on and this versions still in high school and doing something I never did in school.. Playing on a school sports team.

I don't currently have more than one fursona. However,  before I found furry, I went through several different fursonas. I believe the first was a bear, then a horse, then a fox, and finally where I am now (and have been for nearly 2 years): an arctic wolf named Reece  '> .

I've been using my current fursona since November of 1997, but have had a variety of lion and tiger characters in the years before that. Also, while playing RPGs back in high school, I got rather deep into a few of my characters, which were mostly big cats or wolfen.

I only like to have one fursona personally. I love otters, always have since childhood. When I realized my furry side, I automatically chose an otter. As I got more into it I wanted something a bit unique so I chose to be an albino otter. That's the only major change I've ever made as Otto.

I'm just a one fursona catgirl.  Just kinda who I am.  I try to be myself here and not put on a fur mask.

Thought I had already answered this but see that I didn't.

I only have one fursona, but change his backround a bit to fit into any roleplaying environment I may be in.

In many places Drake rides a motorcycle, which I do in real life.  Drake is sometimes also a musician or writer, two RL hobbies of mine.  His values and ethics are mine, and actually slightly better as I instilled some qualities in him that I working on achieving in real life.  This has actually worked some to, as I have become much more social and also affectionate towards others since in real life since adopting my fursona.

I don't even have a fursona.  LOL!  I have had them in the past, but I'm "fursonaless" at the moment.  I'm considering what I would like to represent myself as in the realm of furriness, but I don't want to make a hasty decision, because I want to keep the fursona a long time.  My other fursonas were flashes in the pan, so to speak.  =P
