The vent exited just a few doors down from the control office, in a rather bland looking hall. A guard was walking away from them, but was between them and the control room. Another hall branched off to the left of where the guard stopped, still between them and the control center.

"This is the most varied museum in the city." Kite said, wavin the chopper pilot away. "It has everything from art to dinosaur skeletons. Everyone ready up. As soon as they get the security system down, we're going in there." She switched to her comms and indicated a specific skylight. "Quinn, talk to me. What do you have?"

Janelle approached Jack and placed a slender hand on his rifle's barrel, very lightly pushing down. "Easy, killer... Most girls don't like premature discharge..."

(actually not "us" yet, I'm alone for the first minute and a half)

He started creeping up on the guard, pistol and knife drawn, but still ready to go for cover. He had the silencer on, but knew a shot would probably still have the whole place buzzing. He didn't answer the comms yet, but he planned on it once he took the guy down.
(what kind of mic? throat mic?)

After a moment, the guard pushed himself off of the wall he was leaning on and started down the hall branching off to the left, whistling to himself. (Eh. This is supposed to be the easy part...)

Skye crept up behind him, springing to cover his mouth and nose. He snapped his neck, deciding not to get blood everywhere. The limp body was heavy, but manageable, and before dragging him off to look for a place to stash the corpse, Skye checked for any useful equipment.

Koda poked his head out of the vent a few moments later, and made his way to the door once he took not that no one was in the hall way. (so what kind of door is it? Like just a regular door or is it need a code or something?)

"Of course I'm ready, interesting museum lot's of loot then." He was ready to go, he made some last checks just in case. Everything was fine, he asked Da Rang "Ready to have some fun?" Am and looked at him excited. "Everything looks good to me, gear is all in working order." He waited eagerly for them to move out.

The door itself was hollow core steel and had a safety glass window. Beside it was a card reader, which would likely not be easy to hack.

The guard had an ID card reading Merik Kruger it had a black stripe along the back, indicating that it could be used as a keycard as well. His belt held a simple tazer, a night-stick, and a radio; someone spoke across the radio in a bored sounding voice. "So, Merik, how's your little girl doing? She still sick?"

Janelle grinned and gave a shrug, sitting on an AC unit. "What do you want to know? My life's an open book."

He rolled his eyes, dragging the body off to hide it, not answering. They'd come to find him, and Skye could probably take them out when they showed up. After hiding the body between two vending machines, he grabbed the card , the tazer and the walkie talkie. He set the walkie talkie near a trashcan before delivering the card to Koda "Not yet, I wanna take this guy out, he'll be coming for his friend" he handed Koda the card before hiding in the garbage can.

Koda nodded silently, tightening his grip on the bag and putting the keycard into his mouth, before dashing back into the vent and hiding, waiting for Quinn to make his move. He made grunt as he moved his way back into the vent, with a little more effort than it took to get out.

"Merik?" The voice said again. "You ok, Merik?" A pause of about thirty seconds followed. "King, this is Ari... I think something's happened to Merik... I'm going to check on him." A while later, a large stormy grey wolf came jogging around the corner.

"That is a good question." Janelle said, thinking for just a moment. "Well, for starters, I just finished a mission with Killer squad- name's kinda stupid, huh?- and I decided against them... L follows K. Also, it's supposed to be an easy mission with a chance to blow crap up... Who would pass that up?"

Skye Waited until he bent over to grab the dropped walkie talkie before springing out of the trashcan. His size wouldn't do him any favors here, so he stabbed him in the heart, leaving the knife until the body was dumped in the can to keep blood to a minimum. he talked into his coms this time "Okay Koda, go and make it fast, I'll cover your rear, Kite, i've got two of them. One came after the other, but announced it on their radio, shouldn't be too much longer before they are on full alert, I think the most I'll get before then is 5 total." he paused for a moment "Koda should be heading for the control room, Should I escort him or make more trouble mon cher?"

Koda quickly climbed out of the vent and ran into the control room, scanning the card quickly before the door opened. He quickly surveyed the room to see what he would be working with... Or well... Against.

"Keep him covered." Kite said. "He runs into trouble, take care of it quietly."

"Oh, hey, Ari did you find what was wrong wi-" the bobcat sitting at the control panel turned and stopped his sentence midway through. "Hey, you're not Ari." He started struggling with his tazer's holster, trying to draw it, and reaching for the alarm button.

Merit nodded his head. "It's pretty difficult to argue with that reasoning. Well don't worry. Whatever happens I'll make sure to watch your six." Merit smirked at his comment then began stretching and yawning. "Hope something exciting happens soon, at this rate i might fall asleep."

"That's all you want to know, then?" Janelle asked, taking a few blocks of C4 from the pack on her right hip and rigging them to detonate remotely. "Surely not..."

The bobcat stiffened and started shaking as the tazer's prongs struck home, though it also caused his hand to slam down on the emergency button. A loud klaxon started blaring, accompanied by flashing red lights and security doors slamming down across the whole museum.

"Quinn, Koda, what the hell's going on in there?" Kite asked, hearing the alarm start up. "Everyone ready up. Breach on three."

" aye!!!!" Da Lang stated his agitation very apparent. "Janelle was it?" He asked as he turned to the young lady placing the c4. " Think you could part with a couple of those grenades " he asked coldly making sure to cover his bases. "Looks like it's gonna get hairy in there and it might be good to have a way to distract the opponent. " Da Lang states as he pulls his knife out and ties it to the tip of his tail , before moving towards the door.
