Mysterious hunter of the night,
To much of society you cause fright
But to the ones that know you,
We are aware of your gentle nature,
Lavishing pups with playful licks
Your undying loyalty,
And your devotion to your pack.
May we learn your sense of community
And never go back
To how the way things were.
May oneness too be what makes humanity click,
Instead of our undying selfishness.
Hunt together, howl together, sleep together.
All are as one, like brothers.
May humanity be the same.
When will we learn to look
At nature for wisdom
And stop playing
Our foolish game of power,
crushing and destroying nature
And all her beauty every hour?
