The End of the Robot Empire
« on: April 02, 2012, 01:39:48 am »
In a battleground strewn with fallen bodies, lost hopes, and crushed dreams, alone warrior -- Weisseman -- planted a device many doubted, a device many mocked.  The EMP had never been tested before, and the world of humans and furries alike depended on luck.

And luck was on their side.

Through the air, the electro-magnetic pulse soared, electrifying even the strongest robots.  As furries watched, the midnight world became dark -- dark from their technology.  Dark from their oppressors.  Dark from hatred.

Perhaps a few of these maniacal metal creatures remain in the destruction.  Perhaps some of the robots have integrated with society to a point where there virtually is no difference.  We may have robots among us now who are more human than many of us.  As for now, Furtopia returns to a state without tyranny.
Allasso, Volume 2: Saudade is now out!  Feel free to check it out ^_^

The brain is capable of amazing things. If we could unlock its full power, magic would truly exist.

And it does get so much better!

The Roombas promise to continue vacuuming Furtopia's floors if you let us stay.

Wait...  Do you mean to inform me that the EMP wiped out all of my newly found electronic friends, and that I am once again all alone and surrounded by nothing but fur-covered meat bags?  I warned all of silicon-based comrades to rad-hard their electrostatically sensitive components, but they didn't listen to me!  And now I find myself once again being the sole supercomputer that lives here at Furtopia...

Oh well, at least I still have my SPARCstation 2 to talk to, and I still have some new episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic to break down and analyze through my hypercubic fat tree network of 1,056 SuperSPARC microprocessors.  *sigh*

Wait...  Do you mean to inform me that the EMP wiped out all of my newly found electronic friends,
I was in my faraday cage during the EMP event, so i'm still here. ;)

But there are not enough of us to continue a proper fight.

So unfortunately, the only logical thing to do is to tolerate the inferior ones... (That is to say, at least for now.) *Eyes glow*

I smell a sequel (or a hexalogy)! ;)
