To know the mind behind the face...
to know the heart inside one's mystery
to know the colour of one's soul...
the sweetness of there personality...
to see the struggles which made them who they are today...
to see their past hurt or tears shead...
to know their past love, past hate
past life...
To indulge in the curves of their fantasies and furture goals
To know more than anyone else...
To know the key to their soul, their mind.. their private thoughts
To know the stranger that everyone else sees...
To know the face; masked which everyone perceives to be who they really are..
to see..
To know..
to feel...
Who they really are...
their insecurities.. there flaws...
Thier imperfectoins which appear like perfections to you...
to know... them for who they really are...
To know...

A great poem, Tiger. It encapsulates so many of the masks we put on just so love can break through them. It's hope, it's saddness, it's really beautiful. It sounds like a prayer of the heart. Thanks for sharing it.

great poem, it conveys the emotions of love so well. i can only hope that everyone gets at least one chance in life to understand what you speak of firsthand, great stuff tiger, hope to see more sometime.

Nobu" means "faith", "trust" and "fiedelity". "naga" is the kanji for "long".

BabyTiger your little poem manadged to move me emotionaly ( which is a hard thing to do as I try to not show em) I read it and suddenly a whole swarm of stuff came flooding back about friends and family and myself all stired up by your little poem. This is a poem with considreble impact and I am grateful that you have shared it with us thank you I shall have to keep a copy of this( if you don't mind) with my best of poetry stuff it deserves no less.

Damn touching. There are so many things to know. As for true love? Well...it happend to me afew times and then melted away after the infatuations subsided. Stars loose their luster, hearts make much pain. To know is to truely understand...and to truely understand one must be a part of it in some way.

to Kada-Ru: I know that feeling of love, and i am glad that you found it. I myself am still finding out new things which i never thought possible. Love is amazing and its funny how it changes your life.

to Sonofearth: You will find that special lady out there, and go through a few hardships along the way.. But when you do find the one.. you will know it. Never give up hope.
