Marvel or DC?

Marvel and DC, the two biggest powerhouses when it comes to superhero comics.
Marvel is well known for characters such as, but not limited to: Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, X-Men, Spiderman, etc.
DC is well known for characters such as, but not limited to: Batman, Wonder Woman, The Joker, Fantastic Four, Superman, etc.

Anybody here a comic fan? What are your favorite heros or villains? Anybody into the current Marvel or DC films like Iron Man series, Wonder Woman, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc.?

As for me, I generally prefer Marvel, but I also like a little of DC in regards to Superman, Batman, and Spiderman. I guess I prefer more Marvel because of all the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) movies that have been put out in past years such as Iron Man, Thor, etc.  Marvel seems to be doing a far better job at putting movies out and representing their characters than what DC is doing.

Marvel. DC characters are to perfect. As a kid I didn't like Superman or the rest of the squeaky clean machines DC was dishing out. Nope. Give me a completely thoughtless and mindless killer. Manthing spoke to my adolescent heart.

I used to like Superman when I was a cub, but not so much any more. Nowadays when I watch DC or Marvel, between all the brute force in fighting scenes I usually feel like something is amiss. Just for a comparison: I'd much rather watch "The Incredibles". 'Nuff said.

It's been too many years since I bought my last comic. I did
read DC when I was a kid. Though I preferred DELL much
more at the time.

I quit buying comics when the price hit a dollar. When I
was a kid you could buy them for 10 cents.  I remember
selling pop bottles to buy a comic.
