I want to draw traditional fur by pencil, but I don't know how create fur patterns and structures. Is anyone able to help me with this?

Forgive me for linking my own art but it applies to what I just learned, and may help you learn.

I know your looking to do it in pencil but the principle is the same.
If you look at fur, you will see that its not just a bunch of individual hairs, but hair groupings, in kind of a "V" shape. Now if you can replicate that but with the fluidity of hair. Then place in a bunch of hairs that fill up the space but don't fit directly into the V pattern. After that highlight it in specific areas, I chose to do it on the edge of all the V shape groupings. Once you do that you can take one of those paper pencil smoothers (looks like a roll of paper in the shape of a pencil) to smooth out the area and get rid of any roughness. I hope this helps.
