Hey Everyone! '<img'> Lots of changes. First it's me SquirrelyRat hehe (obviously) but now Ben changed it to Nicholas for me. I sat down and redid my character to my liking. I'm a Skunk/reptile mix and i did an avatar just now too. I think it turned out really good with the help of Firestorm's Tutorial. Also you can find all my finished stuff on VCL now under Nicholas-Cabell. Have fun and enjoy. I'll still attach some new things here but you can always check there, also for a bigger avatar version too. Take care! Love ya'lls heehee  '<img'>

I'm surprised I didn't see this earlier but I was taken back by the new name. Great looking avatar but it looks like a dragon/fox mix and not a skunk. Too long a snout I think.

Glad to have you back around.

You could also apply for a webpage on Furtopia. (giggles) Just a thought. Or a link.

Well my face is a mix with a dragon or a lizard and since they have long snout i thought it would make a skunk's snout like. That's just how i see it anyway. I have to learn how to make a webpage first before i apply for one

That reminds me, I was working on a basic HTML webpage tutorial with Firebreath's help and I really need to get back to finishing it! '<img'>

There are programs out there that others have talked about that can help those that don't know any html. Look under "Web design support" on the main forum page towards the bottom.

Well i've still been drawing and all but there is a new thing i want to try and work on but i have no idea where to start. It's two things really. Drawing the body like bending over or laying down and also drawing the head from the back but still able to see the muzzle. I get my pad out but i just dont know where to start with these things.

hmmms... basically what I do to get the 'feel' for new positions is look at photos of people in those positions. That is the best I can suggest. I'm still working on perspective myself so photos and other drawings help a LOT! (smiles)

From the back, that show the muzzle.... hmms... try drawing a circle, which would be the back of the head. The draw a smaller circle anywhere you want the tip of the muzzle to be and then fill it in. Do you know what I mean?

give me a few minutes and I will post an example.

Ok, here is the one I was saying about the heads:
head positions

I'm not that great at showing how to do the bodies, I just get an image in my head and put it down on paper and then 'clean' it up a bit.

Here is an example of the bent over position.

Hope these help. There are other artists that can help you that probably would do better. (smiles)
