I kind of agree. It's amazing how many people vote for legislators just because they seem like a good ole boy
so to speak.  Some stay in year after year just because they know how to manipulate their supporters. Heck
some only go home during election years or to talk about a pork project they got through congress.

Many people don't take the time to see what their legislator does or has done. They just go by the advertising
and nothing else.  Politicians are good in manipulating truths to make them selves look good.

I think this is partly why we have low voter turnout. "Lack of interest."  Or "My vote won't make any difference,
he/she will win anyway."

You forgot Senator Sanders ..  I like some of his ideas. But with a republican
congress I fear he wouldn't accomplish much.

True, but that's better than a president that "accomplishes" a lot in the wrong directions.

Actually I think a good wall would be a wide bed of thick cactus, and
microphones to pick up people cussing and saying ouch. 

Cameras would be nice too. We might be able to make a comedy show outta this thing.

At any rate, going by the primaries, it looks like we'll be seeing Trump v. Clinton for the presidency.
The bad-mouthing is going to get worse. Oh joy.

There you go.. Include internet cams every 100 yards or so and there would be thousands
of border watchers.

Yes it looks like that. They both have a few possible legal problems. So there is lots
of things to point fingers at. Trump isn't liked much by minorities, and Clinton
has her trust issues. I just hope whoever is elected isn't a radical. Usually when a
person finally realizes what they have stepped into they settle down, and take
it seriously.

I'm firmly a Bernie Sanders supporter. However if he can't get the nomination I will be voting for Hillary. While Hillary has not always had a wonderful record on human rights that Bernie has had Republican candidates are very far away from what I would morally support.

I plan to vote for Clinton or Sanders .. I believe people should have choice and
not have the government tell us who to love or when to have kids.

The media is having a field day with the republican front runners. I don't see
much difference in them myself. One says punish women openly and the others
try to hide the fact they do. Cruise has a guy on his team that thinks doctors
should be killed if they do abortions, and another supporter he likes thinks gays
should be executed.

I could say more, but I think you all get the idea.

I will probably catch a few nasty looks for this but i'd never ever vote for Hillary. I'd be okay with Bernie but if it's Hillary...Just no.

I'll probably vote for either Sanders or Clinton, but their stances are identical for almost all of the issues I care about (as far as I know).  I'll probably just wait to see if one of them drops out at some point.

I mostly just hope it's not Trump

Given how Hillary has failed her duties as Secretary of State, how she deleted her e-mails when it came to the investigation (If she truly had nothing to worry about, she would have obeyed the court order), how she flat out lied to the faces of the families of those who died in Benghazi, claims she wants what best for women in one breath while accepting money from countries that treat women like property, among an ever expanding list of scandals?  She is not fit to be president. If I can't trust her to do her job of secretary of state, I sure the heck won't trust her in being president.

Right now, there is a Green candidate Jill Stein, but she really, REALLY needs to get a lot more media exposure, but the media is too busy fawning over Killary and Dump respectively. If push comes to shove, I will vote for Trump. I'll take the wild card over a proven backstabber and habitual liar anyday of the week.
