Title: Balaclava bases

I want to attempt a partial this summer (I'll have time AND money. Wow. Who'da thunk it?) and I want to use my own eyes. This means limiting the amount of material around the head (=cooler. Yay.). I've seen many suit makers use a balaclava as a base in those cases. You can see what I mean here:

I think I have a good grasp as to how the front of the face goes, but how does one go about attaching the fur to the rest of the head?
