I like chiptune music, dubstep, house, techno, and basically any kind of electronic dance music.
I'm old enough to remember life before things like high speed Internet, Internet radio that doesn't always have a buffer underrun, and when even the public library didn't have the Internet. For a long time, it seemed, only rich people had computers and not even all of those computers had the Internet. I didn't know anyone else who liked dance music. So I remember spending my allowance on a various artists "dance" CD as a child and being somewhat disappointed to find out that it was mostly hip-hop, R&B, and mainstream pop songs on there. Now I like hip-hop, but was hoping to be exposed to some new dance music! This was back in the late 1990's and early 2000's, when there was almost no dance music on American radio or Canadian radio. All I knew at the time was stuff like Haddaway's "What Is Love?", the Macarena, Eiffel 65, and Alice Deejay's "Better Off Alone" song.
Anyway, a lot of my favorite music at the moment is dubstep music and anything that sounds like it could be from an old video game. Some artists whose songs I've heard mostly because of the Internet are Kitsune^2, Henry Homesweet, Rudebrat, Datsik, Nero, Deadmau5, Armin Van Buuren, DJ Tiesto, Zedd, Skrillex, Covox, and Unicorn Kid.
