How do you like your potatos when served with a meal?

The only way I don't like a potato is raw. I tried eating a slice of raw potato once- I felt like I had eaten chalk. :P

Haha yeah, I think the easier thing to ask me would be how DON'T you like your potatoes served with a meal. I lovee potatoes. I'll eat them any which way as long as they don't have sour cream on them. Or anything random like ranch dressing. But most of the time I go with a baked potato, lots of butter, salt, pepper, and lots of bacon bits. Mmmmmmm.

One of the few vegetables we actually eat! :D We prefer them with butter and salt, and served with Cornish game hen. We tried a raw potato once, and it really did taste like chalk. Too crunchy for us in any case...

Potatoes are awesome! \o/ Haha. Russets are probably my favourite kind, though to be honest I'll eat any kind.
Love me some french fries or hash browns. Can whip up some baked wedges that are out of this world, too! Haha.

I don't do bacon, but aside from that, I'm the same way. Twice baked potatoes are one of my more favored formats of the culinary medium. Essentially, the dish is made by hollowing out potato skins, prepping the inside as mashed potatoes, filling the skins with said mashed potatoes, covering the ensemble with seasonings and cheese, and baking the prepared skins in the oven. They're delectable when fresh and tasty whether hot or cold as leftovers. The only downside is that they're a *lot* of work to prepare.

SPUDS! Garlic mashed potatoes, made from the ones with the red skin. 8) Sweet potatoes too. I love fries made from them.

Yeah, I was quite startled to discover how inedible uncooked potatoes are when I tried a bite of one while cooking once. You can tell it's not food if the dogs won't bother with eating it when it falls on the floor.

Any kind of potato is fine with me! I especially love the creamy mashed potatoes that, after you boil and drain them, you can skin them if you like and add butter and milk or cream. Some salt and lots o'pepper! :D Or red potatoes with the skins or fries or sweet potato fires with cinamon and sugar and..... Well, potatoes are like mai favorite noms for any occasion! You can do anything with them!

Something funny, I can eat potatoes in Pierogis, or in soup but I can't eat them mashed or baked XD
