Hey all I am on a bit of a diet  and I need to eat more fruit in to me eney tips word be great  :)

Not really sure what exactly you're asking for. Are there no grocery stores near you? If there isn't fresh fruit there is frozen or canned, although canned with have added sugars and syrups unless you get the "no sugar added" ones. There's always V8 and fruit smoothies from Bolthouse or Naked.
