I love grilling out! But unfortunately this apartment complex doesn't allow them, so I don't have one. I do have a George Foreman, but that doesn't really count as a 'grill'...

Most apartment complexes won't allow propane or charcoal grills on a patio due to fire code restrictions. However.......you could ask your manager if he/she would allow an electric grill. ;) My manager said he would allow me to have that. :)

The list of what we like to grill is too long to post, but our favorites include burgers, steaks, chicken, and kabobs. No veggies, though. They belong in the house, not on the grill. At least, they do for us anyway.  :D

I more for  smoking my meats. I can do a  mean ribs, brisket or pork shoulder.  One time I did a  top pork loin,  unlike most meats I only smoke for 2 hours and  used dry not  soaked smoking wood. It turned out wonderful.

We grilled last year for my birthday.  Kebabs with steak, shrimp, vegetables, and pineapple.  That was a lot of fun.

Back in the army there was a guy who loved BBQ so much he kept a small one in locker, Setting it up behind the building most weekendss. And beng the great beef in Alberta, h easy to understand why.
