Really nice, I like them both!!

Most awesome, Kada-Ru. I like both of them. I love the dark colors on the "Wolf Calls" pic. *smiles*

Wolf Calls is wonderful.  I like how the wolf puts his whole body into the howl.

Thank you, BTD, Otto and Patrick! That was the hard one for me to color. I'm glad you all like it! (smiles)

Oh, these were colored with markers and Prisma pencils.

You can't see the marker work.  The pencil dominates the piece and gives it a wonderful spontineity.

Thank you, Patrick. I use the markers as the underlying layers. The fine detailing I still do with the pencils.

Here is my latest addition for AC!

The first one is the original sketch then the colored piece. I made a few changes since I wasn't happy with the original sketch. Just something seemed wrong about it and I couldn't put my finger on it.

Originally titled "Silhouette Cougar"

re titled, "Primitive"

Colored with markers and prisma pencils.

"Primitive" is much more energetic.  It seems the figure is about to explode into a spring.

(giggles) Thanks, Patrick. I had originally sketched out 6 pieces for silhouettes but WS said he didn't like the silhouettes and that if he were going to be buying artwork, he would rather get a full colored piece compared to a silhouette. I don't blame him as I would too! (smiles)

A strong full-colored piece has much more impact with the buyers  '<img'>

Yes. WS is my main critique so I try and take his suggestions. Some times it is easier said than done if I am not into it. Like drawing buildings etc. I'm more of an outside nature pegasus myself! (giggles)

As you saw with my last commission I did for Cloudchaser, I prefer less complicated backgrounds.  Machines and a lot of detail in a background is something I still have to master, but it shows that I'm still growing as an artist.  It also shows that I want to grow.

Gotta say that I really like the drawing a lot. Very nice imagery. I agree with Patrick in that it looks much more energetic. I love how the cougar is about to pounced on whatever he's looking at. Very nice work, Kada-Ru. '<img'>

Ok. This one, and there are 3 of Darkclaws, is from when we were playing ball in a field. He is running under me to get to the ball before I do! (giggles) Of course, I am going slow so that he can beat me. After all, he is just a youngun! (smiles)

Thank you SOE!

After looking at the redo, when I get home, I need to update that piece as it needs shadowing from the wings!
