Title: New Portrait Critique Please
Post by: Daxenobis on January 21, 2015, 01:40:43 am
Hello! I haven't been on here in a while, but I remember coming here when I first started drawing. Also when I first joined the fandom, and getting great feedback on art I had done. I haven't been drawing consistently, and have my drive back. I would really appreciate some feedback :)

For those that don't remember, or haven't seen.. here is my original portrait I did 2 years ago.

I am now working on a new one, as a different species. This time a Deer.

Here is the link to what I am currently working on.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I am doing better this time around, still not fully satisfied with it, but that's okay. I am relearning a lot of things. Thank you so much!

It's kind of hard for me to see the line art, but looks pretty good so far.

Hello again. Thanks for the input again. I picked up a Surface Pro 3 and am really happy with it so far. I find it a lot easier to draw then on a Wacom tablet. My skills match what I can do on paper. This one should be easier to see. Not a happy pose. I'm trying to go more for a smirk face, but am having issues with how to do the mouth. Thanks again for the critiques Old Rabbit I really appreciate them =3

Sorry I didn't comment sooner.

It looks pretty good though. You might reverse the drawing to be sure your pose looks
good both ways. I try to do that will all my drawings. :orbunny:
