To anybody who can explain this to me;
Recently, i've been having email problems and i had to close my email. that had happened to be the email that i am using with the forum. i don't know if it really affects my account here much, but i had a problem earlier. i can't change my profile pic anymore. if somebody could explain things to me, that would be great :)
Thanks,
Gray

A member must have a legitimate email in their profile for a Furtopian account. An email is needed should the staff ever have to contact a member other than through the PM system.
An email is also how members get PM Notifications that they have recieved a PM on Furtopia.
If the primary email that you used when you registered an account at Furtopia is no longer working for any reason, then do you have a backup hotmail.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com, aol.com email that you can use?
To change/post an avatar pic, see here:

Make a new email, or make a new Furtopian account?
If you make a new Furtopian account, then your old one will have to be closed as members are only allowed ONE account.

You can change your email to any valid one at any point that you need.
What issues are you having with the profile pic?
-
just 1 question before i change anything. when i hide my email from the public, it's only by the staff, correct? and the problem im having with the profile pic is that when i try and change my picture, no picture appears anymore. im uusing my own pic that's not on the internet, its only on my computer

You have to host your pic on another site. You can't upload it directly from your comp.
Yes, Admins can see your email.
-
okay then. thanks
-
Yes you can upload. It's been fixed for months. It's probably the file you're using. The forum automatically resizes the picture. If it's too big (by a long margin) it goes blank instead. You can solve this by making the picture 100x100 yourself. That way it doesn't need resizing.
