Deal *holds out hand* hey trust me I'm a red neck I can rfix anything with ducttabe and jb  weld but I got laundry duty and I might get the munchies and um you might need to see a Dr and get your self checked
Quite seriously, I did carry rocks I did mine IRL in my pocket.  I went home to find out they were stongly radioactive! I washed and was okay.

I hope those were cargo pockets. Otherwise you might want to adopt kids instead of having them. :p

I don't want kids. For their own sake.
If I had some, they would just end up 1/2 animal because I would convert them to fury animals.  Then they would get abducted by a mad scientist who would try and figure out what they are. Only to find out it is just a fun hobby.

Na mostly beta and alpha.  Alpha stopped by clothes and dead skin layer.  Beta mostly stopped by skin. And exposure time was only 3 hours at a distance of about 1 cm, with denim in between.  With my Geiger counter at that distance it was like 44,000 counts per minute for alpha+beta+gamma.  That's about <700 times background.  Or about < 25% extra for the year. My areas background level is 67 counts per minute.  My body is slightly higher at about 71 counts per minute.

I now use a lead lined wood box. And in fact I haven't collected rocks like that in 5 years?

I have decided to run a small cafe and coffee shop here in the city of Furtopia: Kobuk's Kafe & Koffee Shop.  :D
It's not a large place. Just a small business where people can come in, sit down, grab a quick bite to eat or something to drink, and socialise. We offer hot and cold sandwiches, salads, soup, various pastries and muffins, snacks, and assorted juices and coffees. Our doughnuts and other pastry items are baked by Old Rabbit and delivered fresh every day. :) Same thing for our various breads we use for the sandwiches which are baked and delivered by Cause the Rat. We're open 8am to 7pm Mon. to Thurs., 8am to 7pm on Fri. and Sat., and 9am to 5pm on Sun.

Would it be possible to buy Mt Dew in gallon size mugs? How about frozen Mt Dew smoothies? Just a thought from a Corgi who loves coffee and most things which include a good dose of caffeine!

Kobuk knows better than to buy his Dew from Doc. If you ask reeeaaaakly nicely he might pour it into an IV.

By the way, is this specifically a Fursona, or any furry character who frequently pops up in your writings/art/etc?

My fursona runs a country. The Kingdom of Furgasta, made up of one primary kingdom and four other kingdoms that swears fealty to the main kingdom.

Oh really? So is your country a good country or a bad country? Better not be a dictatorship otherwise I'll impose economic sanctions and an embargo. I'll have to stop all exports of Mt. Dew to your country.

It is a good country that has lasted for at least 3000 cycles (years). Information on the country (and world lore) can be found here. If is in ways similar to the United States. The primary kingdom can be seen as the federal government, and the four lower kingdoms as state governments. The primary kingdom creates the base laws all kingdoms must abide by  to ensure a check to corruption and protection against foreign attackers, while each kingdom rules over its own citizens with their own laws. The only difference is the lack of elected officials. The primary ruler is ordained each new generation by the creator god Amun-Ra from the Silvermyst bloodline.
