Some pins

I was just lurking around again, and I noticed on the -administerial roars and woofs- section some pinned topics. Now these, it is my  belief, could do better work on the greeting forum since it's probably one of the first places new furs come, right?
The topics I mean are "Pinned: In case of Trolls - Live Page " "Pinned: Staff/Mods to contact" and "Pinned: furtopia.org forums posting rules and guidelines" (although the last one is on the mod post, so I guess it's less pressing.)

That, and some pinned memos could use a clean up, you know, to update them and stuff.

Just my thoughts.

However, making a pinned topic about the rules/guidelines might be unnescessary as we mention those in the greeting that all mods/staff give to new members.

The "Pinned: In case of Trolls - Live Page " is already pinned at the top of the Greetings forum. '>
