Most anime isn't furry, and even with the few animes that are, I don't think anime is really popular enough to get it's own section.

I'll have to agree. '<img'> Anime topics can be pretty much discussed in the General Non-Furry Discussion forum. And if it's about anime video games, then it gets discussed in the Video Games forum.

very true, I do enjoy anime as well but since this is a furry forums I'd like to keep it as such.
IMO it would be just as simple to find an anime forum to frequent as well.

Well, with all due respect, I have to disagree. Anime is at least as popular as video games, and if that deserves its own section I don't see why Anime shouldn't get one. At the very least, you could give it a test run, and see how things go.

And theres probably more furry animes than there are furry video games.

But if anime is allowed to be discussed in the general non-furry discussion, I guess thats well and good.

Honestly, I don't recall seeing (m)any threads about anime on the boards at all... maybe I'm just missing them. But it doesn't seem like there's broad enough interest to sustain a separate section.

To create more individual forums requires more server resources which we may or may not have, plus it means more topics to watch/mod and more staff to hire. There's nothing wrong with posting anime stuff in the General Non-Furry Discussion forum.

As for the Video Games forum, I think that was created because the General Non-Furry Discussion forum was getting clogged and overloaded with video game topics that kept pushing other topics down that other people wanted to talk about. I really don't remember.
