Exactly what type of banner are you talking about? You'll need to PM the details of what you're talking about to an Admin and then we can review your suggestion. ;)

A Furtopia link banner, maybe?

It seems like it shouldn't be too hard to turn that title banner at the top of the screen into something that'd work like that ...
