Using filezila?

So, I've been wanting to make my main page the one that opens on my link, instead of the white one... problem is whenever I try to use filezila, I connect perfectly, and can browse my files, but I can0t seem to be able to do it.
SO a little step-by-step help could be very much appreciated.

I think you're almost there, all you need to do is name your file 'index.html' instead of 'main.html'.
