Title: How to Upload?

When I try to use the "Upload" link on the "fancy furtopia web lister" I get this:

Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

and if I try to upload using ZPanel... well, I can't seem to locate where you browse and select a file from my computer

anyone know what to do?
