Political intemidation by Trump.
« on: October 15, 2016, 12:17:59 pm »
I have heard Trump emplying that people need to protect the polls from people
who don't plan to vote for him or commit fraud. He continues to stir up his supporters
with inflammatory remarks.

I already heard that some Clinton info centers have had armed people standing around
them, Trump supporters that when asked. "We aren't up to anything."  But things like this
intimidate vulnerable people, like minorities. Especially when you see people with guns
standing around.

If they do this near polling places, then what? If there was a shooting or bomb explosion
near a polling place it could cause people to avoid voting. Even if the polls are guarded
people could be afraid to go to the polls.  Trump should condemn any or all intimidation,
and tell people to just vote. Even to help others get to the polls if needed.
No he won't, because he is afraid he will loose, and that would be terrible for him, but not
so much for the country. There will be another election in 2020 after all.

If you or I stood up talking like Trump we would likely be arrested.

Trump is going too far with his inflammatory remarks. Even if you don't like Clinton. Is
she so bad that we should hurt or kill her supporters to keep her from being elected? I
think not. Even though the vast majority wouldn't stoop to such a thing there are those
who will, or try. Just like those who follow hate groups. One of those killed people in a
church because he thought he was doing good for the KKK.

The secret service has been busy keeping crazy people away from Obama. They think he
is bad for the country just because he is an African american.

well dont forget that trump supports are getting attacked by people to. this isnt a one sided thing both do it. as for talking like trump i'd highly doubt you would get arrested, people might think of you are rude but the law wouldnt really get involved (unless you ran out into the streets doing that, then it would be a public disturbance)

if i were to go to San Francisco with a vote for hillary sign people would likely ignore me. if i went there with a vote for trump sign i'd expect to get a few drinks splashed on me, maybe a few things thrown at me, hell i might even get the sign smacked out of my hands, and possibly punched. (though this is kinda a little unfair example since cali is mostly liberal/minority supporting compared to some other place)

Neither side should support that action, but Trump is claiming the media and GOP is trying to
make him loose. and imply s his followers should do something to prevent people from voting
for or supporting Clinton. Because she will destroy our country.  Now he says "Saterday Night
live is against him. The election is Rigged he says.  Seems if your not for him your against
him." If the media says someing bad about Clinton they are honest, and if they say somehting
back about him they are lying.

I think we can be sure the GOP would be happy to impeach Clinton if she is so bad. I have even
heard the GOP is already looking into how they might impeach her if elected..

At least four people connected with the Hilrod campaign have died under mysterious circumstances so far. Add to that, the 100 that died along the road to the White House for BJ. Cross the Clintons and wind up ruined, jailed, or buried. That's pretty strong intimidation in my book. Trump couldn't get near that milestone in 30 years of public life without an indictment of some sort IMHO. The GOP establishment doesn't like him, the Press hates him, many celebrities despise him, as do the democrats. Whatever Trump's doing to intimidate his political foes, it cannot be all that effective.
"The coyote is a living, breathing allegory of Want. He is always hungry. He is always poor, out of luck, and friendless. The meanest creatures despise him. And even the fleas would dessert him for a velocipide."~Mark Twain

I think you will find skeletons in the closets of most people who have
money. Just some are worse than others. I think the GOP knows most
of what we do. So if there was evidence of wrong doing they would jump
on it.

Should we believe conspearacy theories or facts? I am not saying
the Clintons are perfect, just better than Trump, and his people have
intimidated others. It's likely some of Clintons have tried to make their
feelings known in Trump rallies, but his supporters drag them out. Seems
Trump doesn't like people who oppose him. Perhaps they areen't pretty
enough for him to like.

I did hear someone tossed a fire bomb into a GOP info center. So now
do we have party battles while the candates stand back and watch? Or
was this a Trumop supporter who was mad at the GOP leadership? Trump
tells his followers that the GOP is bad, bad, bad. When you do that it
encourages crazy people to do terrible things.

What's next people getting shot, or homes burnt. I don't hear Clinton
implying anything to her followers to do anything that would be wrong.
Or the election is rigged, just they need to vote..

I can say one thing for Trumps running mate he has been trying to cool
the fire Trump is trying to fan.

I hate to think what the next few weeks will bring.  I hope no one
is killed. We have presidentual elections every four years. There is
no reason for people to go wierd over them. A bad president can be
impeached. That's how we got rid of Nixon..
