For those who are down in Texas right now, please stay safe and heed all warnings. Your life and the lives of your family and friends are more important that your homes and posessions. You can rebuild or rebuy your posessions. You can't say the same for your life.
For any Furtopians who are down in Texas, stay safe. Reply to this thread if you get a chance so we know you're safe. I think one of our former Admins by the name of Alsek went down to Texas long ago. I hope he is ok.

The damages and torrential rainfall from Hurricane Harvey just keeps getting worse and worse as the hours and days go by.    As anyone who has watched the news knows, the situation down in Texas is pretty dire. Thousands of people already evacuated, and still more thousands that need to be from flooded areas.
Anyway, this post is just a reminder that if anybody can help, then please do so. Contact your local Red Cross and donate whatever you can to help the people in need down in Texas, especially the city of Houston.
Things like, but not limited to:
Clothing
Non-perishable food items.
Bottled water
Baby supplies
Personal hygiene items.
Tarps
Tents
Flashlights
Batteries
