Furry Get-togeather?
« on: November 29, 2005, 09:14:55 pm »
Hey everyfur! I was sitting in bed thinking to myself as I normally do, when suddenly, a bright idea flashed in my head.

Why don't all us VA/DC furs go and meet up somewhere? (My prefrence is at a bowling ally, but thats because I luff to bowl!'<img'> If you have a tail, you can wear it, so it would be more easily distinguishable the furs from non furs. Even a collar would work.  '<img'> Then, we could all bowl and just have a great time discussing furry thingys, I could do fursona sketches, and my parents could actually meet some real furries ('cides teh mono/misha, of cource.) and see that they're all pretty alright fellows! ^.^

Comments? I'll be contacting some other VA furs I know for this.

I live down in rural Central Virginia, myself.  I have a fox friend that lives not too far from me in another very rural county.  If time is willing, I would trek up there.

Well, I can't bowl (no really, I physically can't  '<img'>   ) but I'd still show up depending on where it is held and my schedule. I'll also offer up my place again for a gathering spot if needed.

Rustburg?  Where is that by the way?  I live in Fluvanna County.

Sounds like a plan Sporty.  We need to make this happen.  I'll bowl a few games with a group. '<img'>

That's doable for me.  I'm up to my muzzle in things to do this December, myself, so I completely understand.

I'm looking forward to another VA Fur get-together.  March is great, since it's getting a little warmer.  I just have to time it right.  My nephew and my sexy wolfess have birthdays in March.

Winchester.  That's off I-66, west of Fairfax County.  It's about 2 hours northwest of my hometown of Palmyra '<img'>
