I hope fur keeps on getting new members
« on: May 20, 2014, 07:35:50 pm »
I wanna go to anthrocon in 2018 when I can go alone. I hope more furries keep on coming because I want anthrocon to stay around that long. I'm like praying to God it does.   x_x

I honestly don't think you need to worry. I'm sure AC will be around for a long time to come. ;) It's a very popular convention.

I wonder how many people consider themselves to be Furries? ^^ I think things like the IPFL tracker gives a bit of an idea. http://ifpl.cattech.org/

Also, I don't think there's anything to worry about. There's plenty of Furries and attendance to conventions are rising.

there's no way AC will die out before 2018
...other than you know...apocalypse
but seriously, it shifts the economy of the entire state of Pennsylvania, I don't thing something that big just up and dies.

AC is a big convention and keeps on growing.  I know I plan on attending AC as long as I can, and there are enough people like me.  I don't think you have anything to fear about it going away.

 :)

Wow, I thought with all the Chicago groups that shim and I would have more furs around us. There are like none in IL.  :P

Actually, I've found that IL has plenty of furs (at least far more than my home state of NC).  I don't know what area you're in, but you should be able to poke around on the internet to see if you can find any groups nearby, if you want to meet people. :)
